Cancellations

Please give a minimum of 48hrs notice to cancel or reschedule any and all appointments. Failure to give 48hrs notice for cancelling or rescheduling appointments will result in a cancellation fee of 50-100% of the service(s) booked + tax. This must be paid before your next appointment in order to rebook or your credit card on file will be charged. Please understand that without 48hrs notice I will likely not be able to fill that spot, which means I lose income.

No-Shows

No shows really hurt our small businesses! It’s a disappointment and it means I have no chance to fill that spot. No shows will be charged 100% of the service(s) missed + tax. You will not be allowed to book again until this is paid. A deposit for your next appointment may also be required.

Arrival Time

If you are running late, please let us know! If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late this may result in your appointment being cancelled and charged, or having an incomplete service. Our appointments are booked back to back, every minute is accounted for.

Children

We completely understand that sometimes your childcare does not work out, and you are more than welcome to bring them to your appointment. They do need to be able to sit still, as you will be lying with your eyes closed, and any mess to be cleaned before leaving.

Minors

Any new client under the age of 18 is required to let us know in advance, as well as bring their parent/guardian to their first appointment to sign off on the service. It is their choice if they would like to stay for the rest of the appointment.

At The Humbled Beauty we strive to meet your lash & brow goals. If for any reason you are unhappy with your results, please contact us within 48hrs for a complimentary fix. Never hesitate to reach out if there is something you are unhappy with as we would much rather try to rectify the situation so that you can enjoy your lashes and/or brows. Due to the nature of personal care services, we do not offer refunds for any services performed.

Customer Information

You are required to fill out a consent/information form before any new service. This will remain on file in order for me to provide you with the best service possible. We may also email you occasionally with any information pertaining to THB or your appointment.
