Hi, I’m Elysha and I’m the owner and artist behind The Humbled Beauty!

I took my first beauty class in February 2018 after spending several years as a retail cosmetics manager. I had such a great experience with my first beauty course that I took 3 more over the next 3 months! I am now 9x certified in eyelashes and eyebrows and I am always looking for new classes to take to further my knowledge in order to better my client’s experiences.

When my clients come to me, they come for a service, but they stay for the therapy and the naps! I’ve never been happier with the decision to start my own business. I love getting to know my clients and helping them to feel like their most beautiful selves. I have a judgement free policy, and I will always work hard to give you exactly what you are looking for.

In my personal life I am happily married to my husband; we have been together for 14 years and fell in love while working at Sears together. We are proud parents of a bunny and a husky, and I have a deep love for Disney, tattoos, mental health, houseplants, and exploring local small businesses! I’ll absolutely be covered in ink one day, I basically have a plan for my entire body already! I’m a bit of a social justice warrior sometimes and I believe in sharing anything and everything I learn on just being a woman. I’m quirky and personal, so I can’t guarantee we won’t get into all the life stuff!

I also have ADHD and suffer with a mental health condition. I choose to be very open about the importance of mental health awareness as I know what it’s like to feel all alone in it. I choose to keep my personal life and business entwined, in hopes that everyone who comes for a service feels safe and comfortable being themselves at all times.
